Please ensure that all details provided for customization are accurate before placing your order. We recommend reviewing your customization request carefully to avoid any errors or misunderstandings.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item.
