How to Order

1. Send the details. Vessel name, your brokerage logo, owner's mark or family name (if you'd like it included), and color preferences for the variants.

2. We confirm everything up front. Quantities, engraving placement, individual personalization, timeline.

3. Place the order. Production starts the moment details are confirmed.

4. Receive ready to present. Packaged and finished, ready for the dock.

Shipping

Each piece is engraved in-house. Signature bundles typically ship within 7–10 business days from order confirmation. Tracking arrives by email at ship.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized items are made to order, so we can't accept returns on engraving.

If a piece arrives damaged or with an engraving error on our end, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right.

Can the crew get individually engraved pieces?
Yes — that's part of what the Signature is built for. Send a roster of names with the vessel and brokerage logo, and we'll personalize each piece accordingly.

Can I add or swap pieces?
Yes. The Signature is the most flexible tier — we can add cutting boards, additional bar keys, or custom pieces on request. Reach out for pricing.

What if my logo is low-resolution?
Send what you have. We'll tell you up front whether it'll engrave cleanly. If not, we can usually clean it up or work with you to get a usable file.

Can I see a proof before production?
Yes — proofs are standard on Signature orders before production begins.
