How to Order

1. Send the details. Vessel name, your brokerage logo, and your color choice (for Mix & Match, a color for each piece).

2. We confirm everything up front. Quantities, colors, engraving placement, timeline.

3. Place the order. Production starts the moment details are confirmed.

4. Receive ready to present. Packaged and finished, ready for the dock.

Shipping

Each piece is engraved in-house. Bundles typically ship within 7–10 business days from order confirmation. Tracking arrives by email at ship.

Closing-week timelines? Reach out before you order — we'll tell you up front whether we can hit the date.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized items are made to order, so we can't accept returns on engraving.

If a piece arrives damaged or with an engraving error on our end, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right.

The Starter is fixed at the contents above to keep pricing tight. For custom mixes, look at the Standard or Signature — or reach out for a fully bespoke bundle.

What if my logo is low-resolution?
Send what you have. We'll tell you up front whether it'll engrave cleanly. If not, we can usually clean it up or work with you to get a usable file.

Can I see a proof before production?
Yes — proofs available on request, especially for first-time orders.

Let us know your pipeline and we'll hold production capacity. Brokers who plan ahead get the smoothest delivery.
