Shipping

Each piece is engraved in-house. Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days from order confirmation. Tracking arrives by email at ship.

Larger orders or peak season may add time — we'll tell you up front.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized items are made to order, so we can't accept returns on engraving.

If a piece arrives damaged or with an engraving error on our end, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right.
