A note on logos: SeaDek® has a naturally textured surface — that grip is what makes it great on the water. Fine logo details (thin lines, small text, intricate marks) can lose definition on that texture. Bold, clean artwork engraves beautifully. If you're sending a logo, send the highest-resolution file you have and we'll review it before production. If it won't hold detail at this size, we'll tell you up front and work with you on a version that will.

2. Place the order. Production starts the moment we have your details confirmed.

3. Receive ready to gift. Packaged, finished, ready for the client's hand.

Shipping

Each piece is engraved in-house. Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days from order confirmation. Tracking arrives by email at ship.

Larger orders or peak season may add time — we'll tell you up front.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized items are made to order, so we can't accept returns on engraving.

If a piece arrives damaged or with an engraving error on our end, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right.

How do I send personalization details?
Enter them at checkout — exactly as you'd like them engraved.

Will the engraving wear over time?
No. The engraving is permanent — laser-burned into the SeaDek® material. It won't fade, peel, or rub off under normal use.

My brokerage logo has fine detail — will it work?
It depends on the artwork. SeaDek's texture is excellent for bold marks and vessel names, but very fine lines or small text can lose definition. Send us your logo before placing the order and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll engrave cleanly. If it needs simplification, we can usually help you get there.
